Course Allowed: B. Tech / Three Year Engineering Diploma

Specialization: Mechanical Engineering only.

Eligibility criteria: Minimum cut off is 60% marks in Diploma for Diploma Holder and 60% marks throughout (i.e. 10^th, 12^th / Diploma and B. E. / B. Tech) for Degree Holders.

Salary Package:

For Degree Students:

During first 12 months of Training             … Rs 12,500 PM (consolidated)

During next 12 months of Training            … Rs 14,500 PM (consolidated)

For Diploma Students:

During first 12 months of Training             … Rs. 8500 PM (consolidated)

During next 12 months Training                … Rs. 10,500 PM (Consolidated)

Salary after successful completion of training will be as: 

For Degree Holder:  Salary is Rs. 21000/- pm CTC and become Grade M-2 Engineer. 

For Diploma Holder:  Salary is Rs. 15001/- pm CTC and become Grade M Assistant Engineer

Retention Bonus for Degree Holders is as below:

After 36 months from date of joining        -        Rs. 1,00,000/-

After 48 months from date of joining        -        Rs. 50,000/- 

Retention Bonus for Diploma Holders is as below:

After 36 months from date of joining        -        Rs. 50,000/-

After 48 months from date of joining        -        Rs. 30,000/-

Selection process is following:

Stage 1:          Aptitude Test & Technical Test 45mins each, Evaluation & Filtration

Stage 2:          Group Discussion and One to One Interview, Evaluation & Filtration

Stage 3:          Final Interview of short listed candidates at our HO with Executive Director.

Job profile:

Initially selected students will undergo training under different department is production, maintenance, R&D etc. Training starts with induction, orientation, OJT and so on. Place of posting could be at any of our plant and DOJ will be as soon as they complete their degree/diploma. 

NOTE: Eligible and interested student’s are expected to be in formal attire & carry a hard copy of their updated resume along with two passport size photographs, ID proof, DMCs / Certificates from 10th onwards (both original and photocopies) along with them.

You are requested to inform the eligible student’s of your respective University / College and forward the list of interested students (as per the enclosed format) latest by 27th September 2012 (Thursday).

 Boarding, Lodging and Transportation would be the responsibility of the respective student.
